About the Owners
Lyle Dillie - Co-Owner
Lyle Dillie is an Interdisciplinary Artist, Iraqi War Veteran, and proud husband and father of three boys. Along with Nikki Rowe, Lyle is currently the Co-Owner of Desert Sea Design a Web, Graphic and Print Company based out of Avondale, AZ. He graduated, Summa Cum Laude, with an Interdisciplinary Art Degree at Arizona State University.
Over the past five years Lyle’s company has created numerous websites and designs for local Arizona Businesses using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. He has designed and contributed to many local and national magazines and newsletters. He has also managed, designed, and reviewed thousands of pages for multi-million dollar military technology proposals.
Lyle has an extensive journalism and design background from his training in the US Army. Lyle designed and wrote stories for numerous newspapers and military units and publications including 93rd Signal Brigade’s Lightning Dispatch, Fort Gordon’s The Signal and Dwight D Eisenhower Army Medical Center. He also managed a 4,000 copy bi-weekly college newspaper, coordinating assignments, monitoring status, while evaluating students for professionalism and consistency.
Nikki Rowe Co-Owner of Desert Sea Design currently completing a PhD at ASU majoring in Criminology and Sociology and looking to minor in Business Administration. Nikki Rowe is a Single mother to two teenage boys and therapist to Lyle Dillie’s boys. Nikki has owned and operated businesses in the Phoenix Valley including a daycare center for special needs children.
Nikki partnered with Lyle and Desert Sea Design in January 2010 bringing together Lyle’s incredible design skills and Nikki’s organizational and business skills to create the perfect complement to your website and business success.
